40 Acres of Dreams
In December 2019, FOTTW purchased 40-acres of forested property to support the Waldorf initiatives in the Tahoe Truckee area. FOTTW purchased the property looking for adequate space to support the growth of the Waldorf Elementary, Little Gems Preschool, and Summer & After School Enrichment Programs. This campaign is here to raise the funds to make that happen.

Capital Campaign
The capital campaign consists of the concentrated fundraising efforts related to our new property, it consists of 3 phases and a build out that serves Little Gems, Tahoe Truckee Waldorf Elementary and community spaces that will serve the greater community.

Our Promise
Our promise is to ignite ethical thinkers. We do this by encouraging people of all ages to find strength and confidence within themselves, faith in those around them and beauty in the greater world. The fabric of our world is woven by the interactions of nature, families, and communities. We believe that through the exploration of ourselves, the natural world, and action within our local community, we begin to understand the larger world. We believe that by spreading ethical thinking, strength, beauty and faith in the individual, we bring trust, beauty and cooperation to the world. By providing and supporting developmentally appropriate curriculum we strengthen the thinking, feeling and willing of each individual. This will send our community forth with faith in themselves and the deep internal belief that they CAN be the change they want to see in the world.
